About Car Doctor
Car Doctor provides mobile vehicle diagnostics, inspections, selected maintenance and roadside-related services in Bahrain. Service availability may vary by vehicle, location, technician availability, operating hours, and the service selected at the time of booking.

Bookings and customer information
You must provide accurate contact, vehicle, appointment, and service-location information. A booking is not confirmed until the required payment or other approved confirmation step has been completed. Appointment times remain subject to availability and operational conditions.

Vehicle access and service conditions
You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle can be safely accessed at the agreed location and that you have authority to request the service. Car Doctor may refuse, pause, reschedule, or stop a service where the location, vehicle condition, weather, safety situation, access restrictions, or other circumstances make the service unsafe or impractical.

Diagnostics, inspections and reports
Diagnostic and inspection findings reflect the checks performed and the condition of the vehicle at the time of service. They are not a guarantee that every current or future fault will be identified and do not replace manufacturer guidance, specialist repair work, statutory inspections, or other professional services where those are required.

Prices and payments
Prices shown on the website or during booking are stated in Bahraini Dinar unless otherwise indicated. The amount payable is the amount confirmed for the booking after any valid promotion or reward has been applied. Payments may be processed through an approved third-party payment provider. Car Doctor does not directly collect or store full payment-card details.

Promotions, referrals and rewards
Promotions, referral benefits, and rewards may have eligibility rules, expiry dates, service restrictions, usage limits, and separate terms. They have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise. Abuse, duplicate attribution, self-referral, cancellation, refund, or reversal of a qualifying transaction may invalidate or reverse an associated benefit.

Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refund requests are handled under the Car Doctor Refund Policy. Refund eligibility may depend on the booking status, whether a technician has been assigned or dispatched, whether the service has started or been completed, and the reason for the request.

Accounts and security
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods and devices secure. You must not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the website, misuse secure links, or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.

Communications
Car Doctor may send service-related messages about bookings, payments, security, reports, technician status, and other operational matters through the contact methods you provide. Marketing and newsletter communications are handled separately and may be unsubscribed from where applicable.

Website content and availability
Car Doctor may update website content, service descriptions, prices, operating areas, availability, and these terms from time to time. Temporary website or service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, third-party systems, connectivity, operational issues, or events outside reasonable control.

Liability and customer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Car Doctor is responsible only for losses directly resulting from services it has agreed to provide and does not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
